Q1.A receiving inspector at an aerospace fastener distributor measures the head height of 200 bolts from an incoming lot and plots the results below. The drawing requires a head height of mm to mm.

Explanation
The picture shows a distribution with a straight vertical wall on its left side, exactly at the lower specification limit, and a tall bar sitting hard against that wall. A process does not produce that shape on its own. Natural variation gives a tail that fades away gradually on both sides. A wall appears when parts on one side of a limit have been taken out after they were made, which is screening or sorting.
The two machine explanation is the primary foil, and it is the right answer for a different picture: mixing two settings gives two peaks with a dip between them, not one peak with a cliff. A centred capable process would leave clear space between the data and both limits. A coarse gauge gives a comb pattern, with readings piling on a few values and gaps between them, which is also not what is shown.
